Can your crews get into Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes?
Yes. Gate and vehicle passes are arranged ahead of time and kept on file for each property, so every crew arrives cleared for that plantation.
Do you clean villas as well as houses?
Yes. Villas, condos and regime-managed units make up much of the island and run the same 75-point checklist, including screened porches and the shared-entry areas a regime expects kept tidy.
What about Heritage week?
The RBC Heritage in April fills the island midweek, not just on Saturdays. We staff for the tournament calendar so turns land between the unusual check-in and checkout days.
Is a villa cleaned at all during a month-long winter booking?
Yes. A mid-stay clean is a full clean partway through the booking, linens changed and the whole villa done, which is what keeps a four-week stay from ending in a recovery turn. Managers usually offer it to the guest as an extra, and guests can book one with us directly.
Do you check the bikes and beach gear?
Yes. Bikes, chairs, umbrellas and carts are counted against what the property is supposed to have, and anything missing or damaged is photographed and reported before the next guest arrives.
