Stop Owning Linens. Start Paying Per Guest.
Fluffy owns the inventory, launders it at our own North Charleston facility, and delivers fresh sets with every turnover. You carry no capital, no storage and no replacement cost, and you only pay when a booking happens.
From $35 per guest turn · stained or worn items replaced free · delivered with your clean
What the Subscription Covers.
The whole linen problem, priced per guest turn rather than bought up front. Every tier includes all of the following.
The linens are ours. That is the whole point of the model: no purchase, no depreciation, no sinking fund for the year the towels all go grey at once.
Linen wears out, and guests spill things. Replacement is our cost, not a line on your statement, so nobody is arguing about whether a sheet was already thin.
Fresh sets arrive with the crew that cleans the property. There is no second vendor, no second delivery window and no linen closet to manage.
Everything runs through our North Charleston plant on a five-step process, not through a laundromat and not through the property’s own washer.
Your linen cost tracks your occupancy. A quiet February does not cost the same as a full July, which is not true of linen you bought.
Available alongside any tier, for properties where the beach towels are what actually get used.
How a Property Gets Onto It.
The tier follows the number of bedrooms, so the quote is immediate rather than a process.
Enough sets in rotation that a full changeover day never waits on a wash, sized to how the property actually books.
Keep it, store it, or let it go. Once ours is in, yours is no longer holding up a turn.
Counted in, counted out, and swapped rather than washed on site.
Anything grey, thin or stained is pulled and replaced without you asking, because it is our inventory to keep right.
When Owning Your Linens Is Still the Right Call.
If you run one property, already own good linen and have somewhere to launder it properly, owning is cheaper. The subscription earns its keep when a portfolio grows past the point where anyone is actually tracking par levels, or when the same three properties keep running short on a Saturday.
The honest test is whether you know, right now, how many complete sets each of your properties holds and how many are worn out. If the answer is no, the linen is already costing you more than you think, and it is costing your owners in machine wear and utilities on top.
Hotel-quality linens Fluffy owns, launders and replaces, billed per guest turn so your cost tracks occupancy. Beach and pool towel package available, and volume pricing for larger portfolios.
See the Linen Subscription →Timestamped photo proof against the checklist, damage and maintenance flags the same day, linen counts and cleanliness scores tracked over time, all in your own FluffyOS portal.
Inside FluffyOS →Four tiers, published below, charged per guest turn rather than per month. The beach and pool towel package is priced alongside them, and portfolios of 25+ properties are quoted with volume pricing. No long-term contract.

Linen Subscription, Answered.
How much does the Fluffy Linen Subscription cost?
It is priced per guest turn by bedroom count: $35 for 1–2 bedroom homes, $70 for 3–4 bedrooms, $105 for 5–6 bedrooms and $140 for 7–8 bedrooms. You are billed when a booking happens, so the cost tracks occupancy rather than the calendar.
What happens when linens get stained or worn out?
We replace them, at our cost. The inventory is ours, so keeping it in good condition is our problem rather than a conversation about whether a sheet was already thin. Anything grey, thin or marked is pulled from rotation and swapped.
Do I need to buy anything up front?
No. There is no purchase, no deposit and no inventory to store. That is the difference between a subscription and buying linen: your capital stays where it is and your cost only starts when a guest does.
Is the linen delivered separately from the cleaning?
No. Fresh sets come in with the crew that turns the property, and the used sets leave with them. One vendor, one visit, nothing to coordinate between two schedules.
Where are the linens laundered?
At Fluffy’s own facility in North Charleston, through a five-step process: sort and inspect, pre-treat, wash, dry and press, fold and deliver. Nothing goes through a laundromat, and nothing goes through the property’s own washer and dryer.
Can I see the linens before committing?
Yes. Ask for sample linens and we will get a set to you. Nobody should put a subscription across a portfolio on the strength of a product description.
Is there a discount for a portfolio?
Volume pricing is available for portfolios of 25 or more properties. Tell us the property count and the bedroom mix and we will quote it.
Is the subscription available for hotels too?
Hotels are quoted differently, against room count and par levels rather than per guest turn, because the volume and the rotation are a different shape. Hotel laundry and linen is its own arrangement.
